Designed the NEOM Workforce web app to optimize operations with scheduling, task tracking, guest management, service requests, and communication. Built for Tenant, Department, and Super Admins, ensuring efficient management.
Problem Statement: Workforce management was inefficient due to fragmented scheduling, task tracking, and service requests, causing delays and miscommunication. Tracking at every level and personalizing the experience for each role in the mobile app was nearly impossible.

Solution: We built the NEOM Workforce web apps with a three level admin system, offering role based personalization while ensuring Super Admins had full visibility. The platform streamlined scheduling, task automation, guest handling, service requests, and real-time communication.
